About this course: The traditional approach to classroom management is to deal with the symptoms – the poor and disruptive behaviour. The usual focus is on the incident, not the cause of incident. We know that if instead we focus on the causes of behaviour and regard all behaviour as communication then this works better for us and for the children in our classrooms.
